A simple approach to align your mind, heart, and body and build a meaningful life.
Describing yourself is never easy. But over time, through conversations and feedback from people around me, certain patterns have become clear.People often describe me as someone who analyzes deeply, thinks strategically, and enjoys helping others make sense of complex ideas. The closest way I can describe myself is as a strategist and analyst, someone who approaches problems, systems, and decisions with curiosity, structure, and a focus on meaningful solutions.I also spend time reflecting on experiences and learning from them, using those insights to grow and better understand the world around me.In addition, I share ideas through writing and simple illustrations, exploring topics such as work, personal growth, and how people and organizations evolve.
My Vision

I believe a meaningful life is built on clarity, balance, and continuous growth. It is shaped by how we think, how we relate to others, and how we act over time.Growth comes from learning, building meaningful connections, and aligning our thoughts, intentions, and actions. It is a continuous process of understanding, improving, and moving forward with purpose.
To create a meaningful and positive impact by helping individuals and organizations develop clarity, align their thinking and values, and take purposeful action. This is achieved through practical systems, structured thinking, and a commitment to continuous growth.

My Approach & Methodology
This model represents the way I understand growth, decision-making, and balance in life and work.It is built around three interconnected elements that shape how we think, act, and progress over time. Rather than treating challenges in isolation, this approach looks at the full picture, creating clarity, structure, and alignment across different aspects of life.It is not a fixed formula, but a practical way of thinking that evolves through experience, continuous learning, and real-world application. The Three-Circle Methodology is built on this principle, focusing on three essential dimensions of life: Mind, Heart, and Body. Each circle has a unique role, but true growth happens when they work together in balance.

Imagine moments when people clearly understand their values and personal mission, and their work connects to that direction.Their heart points toward what truly matters and what they feel meant to contribute. Their mind focuses on ideas and decisions, and their body turns those ideas into action. When heart, mind, and body move in the same direction, people feel energized and fully present. This kind of fulfillment does not come automatically from a job title or profession. Not every artist, teacher, engineer, doctor, or entrepreneur experiences it. It happens when people discover what truly matters to them and choose to follow that direction. You can see this when someone writes with passion, teaches with care, designs a useful solution, prepares food creatively, solves a difficult problem, or builds a business that helps others. In these moments, the person is not just completing a task but expressing something meaningful through their work. Many people describe this as being fully present. Purpose guides the direction, thinking shapes the path, and action brings the vision to life. This is where fulfillment, creativity, and lasting happiness begin to grow.
The mind is the foundation of clarity, direction, and decision making. It shapes how we think, interpret information, and make sense of the world around us.Through analysis, reflection, and structured thinking, the mind allows us to process information, solve problems, and plan for the future. It supports our ability to make thoughtful decisions and turn ideas into meaningful action.
The mind is most engaged in situations that require analysis, planning, and logical thinking. This includes career decisions, business strategy, financial management, problem-solving, and learning. It is also active when discussing ideas, challenging perspectives, and refining thinking through interaction with others or tools such as AI. The practices are as follows:

My journey has been shaped by structured thinking, continuous learning, and practical experience. I chose to study Industrial Engineering and Management to build a strong foundation and develop a systematic way of approaching problems. At that stage, the focus was simply on creating clarity and direction for my future.Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of organizations, supporting them in improving performance, implementing Quality Management Systems, and building more effective ways of operating. I have also been involved in training professionals in developing management systems based on quality standards and continuous improvement. My work began in the manufacturing and petrochemical industries and gradually expanded into sectors such as food, health, services, and technology. This exposure has provided different perspectives on how organizations operate and evolve across industries.Today, while I continue to collaborate with corporate organizations, much of my work focuses on service-oriented businesses that interact closely with customers, from consulting firms and talent management organizations to industries such as healthcare, retail, education, restaurants, hospitality, real estate, and the public sector.Through this journey, I have developed a practical and structured way of working, focused on bringing clarity, improving performance, and creating systems that support consistent and meaningful results.Visit my professional work at Kit In Motion.
The heart is the center of meaning, connection, and inner awareness. It shapes how we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us. Through reflection and presence, the heart allows us to understand what truly matters and guides us toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. Our experience is not only shaped by what we think or do, but also by how we feel and connect. Developing awareness of the heart is an ongoing process of learning, observing, and aligning with our values. It supports a deeper sense of clarity, strengthens our relationships, and brings a more grounded and meaningful perspective to life.
The heart is most present in situations that involve relationships, values, and personal meaning. This includes how we connect with others, reflect on our purpose, experience different cultures, and engage in conversations that explore beliefs and life direction. The practices are as follows:

This part of my journey is still evolving. It is shaped by a continuous effort to be more present, to understand life more deeply, and to stay connected to what truly matters. I see it as a process of learning rather than reaching a final destination.Much of this learning comes from observing people, experiencing different cultures, and engaging with diverse perspectives. Conversations with thoughtful individuals, along with an interest in poetry and philosophy, have helped me reflect on life’s deeper questions, including purpose, values, and meaning. These experiences have become an important source of insight and growth.Through this journey, I have come to understand that clarity of the mind alone is not enough. A sense of fulfillment grows when there is alignment between how we think and how we feel. This alignment brings a deeper sense of balance, direction, and connection to life.I continue to learn, reflect, and share these perspectives with others, while also learning from their experiences. It is a shared process of understanding, where exploring values, beliefs, and purpose becomes a way to grow together.
The body is the foundation of our energy, balance, and daily performance. It supports how we move, act, and engage with the world around us. Through movement, nutrition, and rest, the body plays a key role in maintaining both physical well-being and the ability to think clearly and respond effectively to life’s demands. Our experience of life is shaped through the body. It is how we interact with our environment, take action, and learn through daily experiences. Caring for the body is therefore not only about health, but about maintaining the energy and stability needed to live, grow, and function at our best.
The body is most engaged in action, movement, and physical experience. This includes daily routines, work activities, exercise, and any situation that requires energy, endurance, and physical presence in the real world. The practices are as follows:

My interest in the human body began through my studies and early learning about how the body functions and how it influences the way we live. Over time, this foundation grew into a deeper interest in health, energy, and the role the body plays in overall well-being.At one point, a close family member faced a serious health challenge. That experience led me to look more closely at nutrition, daily habits, and the small choices that influence how we feel and function. It showed me how simple, consistent actions can affect energy, resilience, and quality of life.Since then, I have focused on building habits that are simple and sustainable. I pay attention to nutrition, stay active through walking, jogging, and regular gym routines, and include practices like yoga that support both physical and mental balance. The focus has always been on consistency and finding routines that can be maintained over time.Through this journey, I have come to see the body as a starting point for positive change. When energy is low or the mind feels overloaded, small physical actions such as movement, fresh air, or better nutrition can help restore balance. Supporting the body creates a foundation for clearer thinking, steadier energy, and a more grounded way of living.

Most business books focus on motivation, positivity, and leadership slogans.THE HOLE IN THE BOAT takes a different approach. It explores the problems many professionals experience every day but rarely discuss openly:
Organizations that constantly operate in crisis mode
Teams that celebrate firefighting instead of solving root causes
Meetings where the real issues are never addressed
Cultures where everyone understands what is wrong but nobody wants to be the person who says it out loud
THE HOLE IN THE BOAT brings those conversations into the open.
The Hole in the Boat
The Firefighter Culture
The Elephant in the Meeting Room
The Broken Compass
The Silent Alarm
The Talent Cage
The Meeting About Meetings
Most people come to work with simple and understandable goals. They want stability. They want to support their families. They want to build a better future. But many organizations gradually shift attention away from purpose and values.Employees become focused on surviving inside the system.Performance metrics, promotions, internal politics, and short-term targets begin to shape behavior.Meanwhile, deeper problems remain unresolved.Employees often see them clearly.Leadership may sense them but struggle to address them.Over time, silence becomes part of the culture.
Why companies normalize problems instead of solving them
Why firefighting cultures are often rewarded
Why employees frequently recognize problems before leadership does
Why meetings avoid the most important conversations
Why talented people leave organizations that refuse to evolve
And how organizations can begin creating environments where problems are addressed openly and constructively
Organizations are entering a new era.Artificial intelligence, automation, and advanced technologies are transforming how work is done.Yet technology alone cannot fix organizational challenges.Real progress begins when organizations are willing to see problems clearly and address them honestly. The future belongs to organizations that are willing to face reality and improve their systems.
Leaders who want more honest conversations about the organizations they lead
Professionals who feel frustrated by problems that everyone sees but few discuss
Managers who want to improve the systems they work within
Individuals interested in understanding the real dynamics inside modern organizations
